As requested:
This mod adds a new pie menu to your sim that allows you to have pregnant Sims rub their own belly, you can also make them howl & yell it works with teens & adults.
 
5/19/06 added an option to make pregnant sims howl & yell.
 
This mod is compatible with the Inteenimater, all EP's & packs.

Yeah that is really cute.  Pregnant ladies do that all the time.

Good there is nice modder like Squinge that can enable this.  

It beats me why Maxis did not.

P.S. The name of the mod made me smile, are you suggesting you are rubbing the belly of all the pregnant Sims, or is is because you have a belly too that you like to rub :smile bi:  Sorry I could not pass on that one.
