All ages and genders are maxis regular sizes and have been modified to align with Warlokk's Hi-Res female and Bloom's sexy feet default replacements at

No their not default replacements, just regular old custom skins setup to work with Bloom's sexy feet. I am thinking about picking 4 out to make defaults out of at later date.
