UPDATE:
The bottom matress was not working please download the funthemed bunkbeds matress. Also bunkbeds in collection file aren't placeable so you will have to go manually under beds to be able to buy it.

bunkbed is functional

Toddler bed is functional so they can use it without help getting in and out.

the bunkbed is not recolorable so the white recolor set contains a cloned mesh of it.

Maxis connected fabrics

Paintings are a recolor of maxis teapot painting

Ooh, I adore bunk beds! Thank you. :] Just one question...when you say functional, what does that mean concerning animations? Do the sims just "jump" up to the top bunk, or do they actually climb up the ladder?
