noticed the outfit wasn't availble for Elders and Young adult, fixed it.

Both dresses have one pair of shoes but i can add others if some one has a request.

Very Cool BlooM. Will this Mesh work without the H&M Stuff pack? I assume I dont need it but I wanted to make sure.
How on earth did I miss this one. Slipped right by me LOL.
Honestly I dont think I have seen a dress for pregnant sims in the game even with all the clothing unlocked.

It will work with everything from base game till EP's
And the H&M dresses already in your game wiil stay the same.

The existing H&M dresses are Maxis meshes and will always work and have nothing to do with these meshes.
Both will work
The ones you have will stay the same as they always were and the 2 i made belong to the biggerbelly bodyshape and altho they look the same, they will give a bigger pregnant belly when the sim is pregnant.
