The easiest way, rather than having to remember what you used and typing it out, is to get the Sims2Pack Clean Installer:
http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/
and then open up your .Sims2Pack file with it, and it will list the custom content, then just take a picture of that (by holding down Alt, Ctrl, and Print Screen on your keyboard) and use IMG tags to insert it in your post.
