I got a new laptop!!

Hello my fellow Insimenator's. I'm so excited. I got a new laptop. I'm a little concerned with some of it's fixings though and was wondering if any of you computer nerds (j/k) could give me some advice.

My new computer spec's are as follows:
Dell
Windows Vista
Intel Processor Duo CPU
4.00 GB RAM
64 bit operating system
320 GB Disk Space
LED Screen

So uh, is it at least a decent computer to do gaming on? I do a lot of online gaming as well not just Sims 2 just fyi. Give me your suggestions and comments. All feedback is welcome and taken into consideration. I would really appreciate it. Thanks everyone!!

Graphic card and its specs? Any dedicated memory on it? That says a lot if you're going to play sims with the laptop.

Um, I can't seem to find what type of graphics card I have. All I'm seeing is T6500 (whatever that means).
This Windows Vista is all new to me. I'm so used to XP.

I've got Vista too. I have to enter the nivida settings to find out about my graphic card (I've got Nivida GeForce GTX 285)

I had my computer special built by someone who knows a bit more than I do. I sat watching him when he put it together... and fell asleep because it took ages... Installing everything I needed took several days, if I remember correct.
My laptop, however, is on it's last, and I can't run sims on it anymore (it's a LOT slower than it used to be). I really want a new laptop...
