Individual Freewill Mod

Here is the Individual Freewill Mob by Obtainchi that has been removed from MTS2. It works with All EP's.

It adds an option to Sims' pie menu to turn free will on or off. Click on a sim and you see an option for free will on/free will off. You can disable free will for individual sims instead of disabling it for all playable sims on a lot.

It adds an option to Sims' pie menu to turn free will on or off.  Click on a sim and you see an option for free will on/free will off.  You can disable free will for individual sims instead of disabling it for all playable sims on a lot.  If the sim leaves the lot to go to work or to a community lot, etc, it automatically reverts back to free will on.

Thanks this is awesome I had this hack a while back and took it out when I got seasons ( I believe that is when I took it out) and have missed it a lot since was jumping off my chair to see this back again. thanks a bunch.
