Found this one wasting away in my house bin, and decided to fix it up a bit. Just a simple little rustic cabin fit for a family of 2-3 Sims, and probably Fido or Fluffy too. Fully furnished for the price of just over 16,000 simoleans. I forgot to note the exact price before I exited the game.

Features
Requires Uni, NL, OFB, and Pets
2x3 Lot - Hack free
Price: $16,000~ - Fully furnished
2 car driveway, truck in picture included.

Custom Content Included
Deck stairs by either justmoi, or HoneyB, from MTS2 (hard to tell which from the thumbnails)
IDEAK blinds, from 11dots.com
Oldwood Latice wallpaper by LSRE
Good Ol' Times Coal Stove (UV), by Numenor at MTS2
Wooden Stairs *Recolourable*, by Numenor at MTS2
Invisible Driveway and Extensions, by roddyaleixo at MTS2

Note: I can't be held accountable for any rodent, termite, or other critter infestations, or damage caused by such. Do enjoy!

I love the whole cabin theme.  I have several lodge style homes and this will fit right in.  Thank you, it is very attractive!
