Paying bills question.

Hi all.

Been enjoying S3 now for a week after finally giving in and buying it.

Often wondered in S1 and S2 how the bills were made up, but never thought more of it until now.

Does anyone know how exactly they are made up, ie how does one house have larger bills than another.

I have 2 houses wexactly the same other than furnishings and there is over 200 simolean's difference in bill price.

The furnishings probably had something to do with it, as well as the location of the house
